While all of our cakes are made with love and only the finest and freshest ingredients, our Sinfully Gourmet Flavors go the extra mile. They all include additional high quality ingredients and require extra loving time to create. Many include flavors derived from fresh fruit.
Radiant Raspberry Cake
The ingenious raspberry creation is made in a similar fashion as the Blissfully Blueberry Cake. Fresh raspberries are boiled down and pureed to create a delicious sauce. The seeds are removed and the cake is infused with the taste of ripe raspberries. This cake is commonly created with raspberry buttercream made by using the fresh raspberry sauce, but is also unbelievable with our white chocolate frosting.
Brilliant Blackberry Cake
Brilliant little Devils we are, we can create any type of berry cake by start with fresh berries. The blackberries are made into a rich sauce and infused into the Brilliant Blackberry Cake. The blackberry cake is best paired with a blackberry butter cream or a refreshing lemon meringue buttercream.
Sensational Strawberry Cake
Have you caught onto our berry cake method? If you like strawberry, then this one's for you. Sweet and delicious, this cake is wonderful paired with a champagne buttercream.
Absolutely Ridiculous White Chocolate Cake
Even if you hate white chocolate, you will LOVE this cake. The indescribable taste and moist crumb of this cake come from the time and patience spent melting and stirring white chocolate and magic to bake directly into the cake. The icing is made with the same love and patience and is so ridiculously good , it can be eaten with a spoon.
