Since we seem to always recognize a (nameless) customer in our newsletters, maybe we should have a little “Customer of the Month” section.
This month, we're going to give a little shout out to the one that put us to the test! Now, we get last minutes requests more often that we would like and we always do whatever we can to accommodate them. Typically these last minute orders are anywhere from 2 weeks prior to the event to oh, about 5 days before the event. Well, this customer called us for a last minute cake... and she needed it “Tomorrow!” Well, she was SO nice, and pretty flexible on the design and we just couldn't say no. So, we made this cake and delivered it the next day even though we had another order for that day and timing was tight, but all worked out. Well, this customer was so happy, that she actually took the time to call us after the party that night to thank us profusely and tell us how beautiful the cake was and how much everyone loved it. :) It's the phone calls and emails like that, that make going out of our way for someone so worthwhile. Making people happy with cake makes the Cake Devils happy! :)So to this particular customer, and to all of you that have taken the time to let us know how great your cake was, Thanks for choosing Cake Devils!!!! We love our customers!
